April:

01/04/05 - So this is my first blog entry, starting on the new month of April! And it's a day of achievement for HuckoolProductions.Com, the Photography section is finally complete (for now). All that tedious work of shrinking pictures to 400 x 300 and putting them onto pages... hard work... finally over. And the Front Page now has links going out to every page which now has content. The Links page now has some links, there's now a News and Blog Page (originally to be an Information Page). I guess the hard work has been worth it. Phew!

I guess this being my first blog I'd have a lot to say, but for now I surprisingly don't. I guess I'll focus on present issues and refer to anything from the past wherever it fits in... My first blog? Over already? They'll slowly get bigger as I have more to talk about... Bye, for now...

08/04/05 - OK, I've decided that I'll put in my blog entries every Friday. So what's happened this week? Well I've finally got SimBB2 to our servers... But also, I'm being baptised! April 17th, I'll be placed in the water and come out as a Baptist. I hope it brings some good changes to me, hopefully making me a better person than before, we'll just have to wait and see. I may also display my testimony somewhere on the site, perhaps in my blog.

Haven't declared a date for the latest SimsBB, I need to try and fit around my personal schedules before I can start that. But hopefully it shouldn't be too much of a blow to whatever plans I may have for the future. All I can say is that the show will be finished before September as I'm hoping to be going on a Gap Year (or Gap Three Months... lets say Gap Challenge) to Malaysia. That will mean little updates here for a few months, though I'll try and find the odd cyber cafe and attempt to add a blog to this site. But nothing to worry about now, I haven't even sent any forms off yet... oh dear...

15/04/05 - So, my baptism is only two days away. Very exciting, I've got my testimony written up, all is prepared... will put updates of the events in my next blog... The Sims 2: Big Brother 3 begins next Friday. I'd like to apologise to The Sims Zone and Simdemol for the clash but as both you guys say, fitting real life and doing these shows is quite a thing, and I feel personally that next week is the best time for me to do it. Good luck to all three of us.

Just a light note, this site is now officially going Conservative. HuckoolProductions.Com shall be supporting them in the UK Elections in May, hopefully Michael Howard can keep to his promises... if not, I'm not sure if I'll be coming back from Malaysia on my Gap Challenge (which I've finally sent the form off for now). I won't rant on about my personal feelings for Western Society just yet, but join me again next week as I become Huckool the Baptist!...

22/04/05 - Hello all once again to 'Huckool the Baptist's' Blog. It was a wonderful day, and I would like to share my testimony with you all...

"This testimony is brought to you by HuckoolProductions.Com, where you can see photos of this and other baptismal services here from over the past year. [The site logo was displayed on the main screen in the church. Well I have to promote my site somehow...]

I first came to Ashford Baptist church in May 2003. I was invited by Katie Millborrow to her baptismal service after discussing opinions on religion at work. Previously I had not been a follower of religion, tending to follow what others did and, at times, having a negative approach towards Christianity.

Before then, I had only ever been to church for weddings and funerals, and had never thought of attending church on a regular basis. There had never been a reason before to go, no family members ever went before, so I followed a non-religious way of life. At times I even called myself an atheist, though I now see it as a more immature point of view, and was more of a follower of fashion rather than my true opinions. I saw that my real views upon religion throughout my life were not atheistic at all, though not 100% Christian.

After Katie's baptism, I slowly started attended Sunday morning services more often. I attended the Alpha Course and started to learn and understand more about God, and have more respect for religion than what I had previously. I felt a development of respect, not only for religion, but for other people and other things. I felt being able to understand God, something I previously disagreed with, helped me to understand and respect other things and made me a better person.

Despite attending church, I had not properly prayed for anything, more requesting God for certain wants and needs. I attended Spring Harvest 2004, but couldn't attain the same feelings as the rest of the group. I felt low, and didn't feel like joining in. I was prayed for, but still couldn't gain any enthusiasm. Then during one service, still feelings low, I noticed Matt Brooks was praying alone. I decided to pray with him and was overcome with emotion, tears rolling down my cheeks. After then, I soon started enjoying myself and became a Christian on Easter Monday. The day after the resurrection, Jesus Christ coming back to life, he put a new life, a Christian life, within me."

So that was my testimony, folks. I have to say, it has been quite a nice week for me, I feel I've made some good progression and I've been quite happy all week. #Gods power is in work in me, and changing me...#

Despite my wonderful Photography section, it's not quite award winning yet. I entered the BBC South East News Photography Competition but unfortunately didn't become a finalist. But they were still nice enough to put my work up, click here to see my 'most famous' photo. Also another quick note, The Sims 2: Big Brother 3 has begun with the housemates entering the house...

29/04/05 - As some of you may know, The Sims 2: Big Brother 3 is not here. This is due to me having college coursework and other things to do, but once that's all out the way hopefully the series will finally begin. I guess impatience made it start so early, but all should be well and good when the series gets going.

The Photography section has now had a good load of work put onto it and is now slightly bigger and slightly tidier. Hopefully everything is fully working now. There's still the Best Pics section to be added (which will include my 'famous' Hyde Park picture), but a Movies section and a Bonus Photography section (of other people's photos from the same event) have been put up on the site... Enjoy...
