03/06/05 - Not much to say about this week. All I can do is disgrace society, with news of pre-teens attempting to hang five-year-olds. What will the justice system do? Distribute an ASBO probably. Sick of youths, I can't even go on a 200m journey to the gym without being bothered by 'chavs'. Fortunately The Rasmus and my MP3 player protected my ears from any pointless and snide comments from some tracksuit wearing (non-gym purposed), half-wit. To end positively, I'm going to Twickenham to watch some Rugby on Sunday and will hopefully have some pics up for you all to enjoy (though publication may take its time due to SimsBB). Also college is almost over for me too, all shall be wonderful for me in a matter of months... 10/06/05 - My date for going to Malaysia has been finalised... I shall be going on September 15th at 14:15 departing from Heathrow and flying to the Sri Lankan capital of Colombo. I should be arriving there at about 06:00 on September 16th (local Sri Lankan time) and will re-board to another plane at 07:10 to fly to Kuala Lumpur on the Malaysian Peninsular, arriving at about 12:40 (local Malaysian time). Then when I want to return is up to me, all I have to do now is pass the Selection Course on July 4th (which I probably will), and go through the Skills Training Course on July 27th, then it's just a matter of waiting through August and I'll soon be there. Wonderful! The rugby at Twickenham on Sunday was really cool. Check out IRBSevens.com for more information on the tournament. It was a really cool time with the family, and to celebrate my late Grandma's birthday. South Africa won the tournament, beating England 21-12 in the final (come on you Springboks (you should know I'm not patriotic, I didn't even sing along to 'Sweet Chariot')). I think South Africa deserved to win though, they had an amazing game against New Zealand, but all seemed a little one sided as there were a lot of 'thrashings' (as in loads of 20-0 games etc.), but still entertaining. Towards the end, after six hours of drinking from the fans, there was a 'Trashy Mexican Wave', as in as the wave goes past; everyone throws trash (mainly empty cardboard beer holders) in the air. It was so cool; there are some good photos of it. There was also a steward getting booed for confiscating a rugby ball (some people were throwing it around the stands, which can hurt if someone gets hit), and there was an attempting streaker, but the guy couldn't get his trousers down. All good fun... 17/06/05 - Saw the Madness in concert over the weekend. Was a really good show and I got some quite good close up photos of the event, will try and get them published as soon as possible. I'm going to have so much free time over the next two weeks; my parents are away in Alaska so it's just me and my brother. Hopefully Sims BB should stay updated and possibly be a bit better quality with the episodes. I'm running out of ideas, but there are only two weeks left so it will be over soon, then I hope to move onto another Sims 2 related project. Not much else to report on with my life, I think I'll go down the beach and relax, as some wonderful weather expected for the next couple of months... 24/06/05 - Not a lot to report again with this week. Just getting ready for my trip to Buxton and just chilling out on the beach, and working on SimsBB, final week next week, getting voting for your winner. It will be nice to have the pressure of the show off my shoulders. I can then further relax and hopefully work upon a new project. Will try and get Madness pics, Namibia pics and Buxton pics up in two weeks time as I should be relatively vacant...
